Without trying to send the same message over and over, we do want everyone to know that we value our customers and all who have showed support for our business and our family. This has been a devastating journey. We never would have imagined that insurance would be the issue holding us up. We are very sad to not be open for Easter as it is always a busy time of year. We continue to have positive thoughts of opening up as soon as we can. We appreciate your patience and we welcome the day we can open our doors and see all of you again very soon.

We are very excited to announce that we will have the first all meat CSA in Western New York. We have 3 packages available that will give you a variety of meat each month for 6 months starting on October 18th, 2014.

We offer custom cut whole, sides and quarters of beef. You can also get a whole or half a hog and we'll custom cut it for you too! Call us for current market prices.

We run Dispenza's the old-school way, with just four employees and a deep sense of pride. All of the slaughtering, cutting, trimming, and wrapping are done on-site, and we can butcher and hang up to eight beef a day.
