Market Update


To our friends and customers, and customers who are friends – Thank you for your concern and patience as we weed through the financial, insurance and legal channels necessary to get back up and running. While the fire is a major setback, we’re confident that we will get through it and be all the stronger at the end.
For those of you who placed and paid for CSA packages, we will honor our commitments once we are fully operational. We will do our best to post updates regarding our progress. Again, thank you for your words of encouragement and patronage. It is deeply appreciated.

We offer custom cut whole, sides and quarters of beef. You can also get a whole or half a hog and we'll custom cut it for you too! Call us for current market prices.

All Natural Meats that are processed and sold at Dispenza's comes from animals that were raised without the use of antibiotics, steroids, growth hormones or anything “unnatural”.



Went there yesterday for the first time with my wife. Very impressed. Owners were very nice and informative. We really enjoyed it and will be back. Bought a bunch of stuff.

We run Dispenza's the old-school way, with just four employees and a deep sense of pride. All of the slaughtering, cutting, trimming, and wrapping are done on-site, and we can butcher and hang up to eight beef a day.
